We’re proud to welcome PEC Zwolle Women to 321 Transfer!

The Dutch team, known locally as PEC Zwolle Vrouwen and competing in the Vrouwen Eredivisie, becomes the latest addition to our international women’s football community.

Following the arrivals of TSG 1899 Hoffenheim Women and IFK Norrköping Women, welcoming PEC Zwolle marks another step in developing a network that connects women’s clubs, players, academies, coaches and scouts across borders.

Helping clubs discover talent beyond their existing contacts

A club’s next signing should not be limited to the players its recruitment team already knows.

By joining 321 Transfer, PEC Zwolle Women gains access to tools designed to help clubs explore a wider pool of players and build new football relationships. The platform brings together searchable profiles, filters such as position, age and experience, and direct communication between users.

The aim is not to replace scouting expertise. It is to help recruitment teams discover players worth watching and make that first conversation easier to start.

Greater visibility for female footballers

For players, being able to show what they offer is an important part of finding their next opportunity.

On 321 Transfer, female footballers can build profiles presenting their experience and videos, making that information available to clubs and scouts within the network. Academies can also showcase their players and develop relationships with other football organisations.

Every new club adds another potential connection. For a player exploring her next step, or an academy looking to create a development pathway, that is what makes a growing network valuable.

Building a more connected women’s football community

Our ambition is to make international football connections more accessible, whether you represent an established club, develop young players or are working towards the next stage of your own career.

Welcoming PEC Zwolle Women supports that ambition. We want to create a community where clubs can look beyond familiar markets and players can be discovered beyond their existing circle of contacts.

Welcome to 321 Transfer, PEC Zwolle Women. We’re glad to have you on board!

Looking to expand your recruitment network or make your player profile more visible? Join 321 Transfer and become part of our football community.
